        <title>Citrus Cayenne Poached Halibut</title>

        <summary>1) Bring Prometheus Springs Citrus Cayenne to just below a simmer, about 180 degrees.

2) Wrap each filet in cheesecloth and tie off. This is to prevent the fish breaking during the poaching process. Season the filets with salt.

3) Submerge filets into liquid and cook 10 minutes per inch of thickness (height). Retain liquid and remove filets onto a sheet tray. Cut off or untie the cheesecloth. Serve with poaching liquid.

*A nice accompaniment to this dish is mashed potatoes served below the filet with a garnish of fried shallots atop the filet.

        <summary>Wash Ripe Tomatoes and dice them to pieces. Wash Green Chilli, Corriander leaves Curry Leaves.

1).  Place a frying pan on gas stove and add  2 to 3 tsp cooking oil to it.  

2).  Add Mustard seeds, red broken chilli, hing, methi seeds and let them splutter/crackle.

3).  Add the cut ripe tomato pieces and then fry for a while after 2 minutes add the green chilli. 

3).  Fry for a few minutes more and then add haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt, dhania powder, jeera powder and let it cook to a soft texture.

4).  Add one to one and half cups of water. 

5). Add gram flour to a bit of water and make a pouring consistency and add this to the recipe.

6). Add few corriander leaves and serve with rice.</summary>

Next place 2 tbsp. of butter into sauce and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Place in microwave for 45 seconds to heat and mix all ingredients. 5. Remove meat; discard fat and bones, then return meat to soup. Skim and discard fat from soup.

6. Add potatoes. Boil gently, uncovered, until tender, about 30 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Add half the chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of salt to the prawns, mix well and set aside for 15 minutes. 
In a wok (or any round based utensil) on medium flame add oil and heat a little. 
Add mustard seeds and let it spatter. 
Add onions, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder and fry till onions are golden brown. 
Add the marinated prawns and stir. 
Add the remaining chilli powder and salt, stir and place the lid on utensil. 
Reduce flame to the minimum and let it cook, approximately 15 minutes. 
Open lid and stir the prawns add the water and coriander leaves and stir again. Check salt content. 
Let it simmer for another 10 minutes. 
Open lid and check if prawns are cooked thoroughly. If they are, then increase flame to medium and stir till all the water is gone. Serve with rice or chappati.</summary>

Mix in beans. Continue cooking, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until thickened slightly. 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese. Cook for a few minutes longer to melt it. Serve over rice, garnishing each portion with avocado slices.</summary>
