Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 Oz Fresh Ginger
1 Small Onion
1 tbsp. Ground Coriander
1 tsp. Salt
Half Carton Natural Yoghurt.
Directions
Peel the ginger and grate along with the onion, peel and crush the garlic.
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Combine all the ingredients, stirring well and leave overnight to marinade.
(you can leave for a few hours if you don't have time to do this)
Skewer the chicken.
Cook on a griddle, bbq or under a grill for 6 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Turn regularly.

Can be served as part of a bbq, or on top of a salad- nice garnished with some fresh coriander. Servings
