Simple Bolognese Pizza |

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
225g Self Raising Flour
45ml of olive oil
90ml warm water
1/2 tsp salt
Tomato Base
Tomato Puree, Garlic Ketchup, Peri Peri Sauce
The Topping
handful of mince
1 Large mushrooms (chopped finely)
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper finely chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Garlic/chilli/jalapenos (optional)
Grated Mozerella (to taste)
Directions
1. Fry the onions till soft, add the mince and brown it off before adding the mushrooms and peppers. I've also added a tin of chopped tomatoes, drain them well, and some tomato puree.
2. While that's cooking mix up the dough, mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and slowly add the water and olive oil, mixing to form a dough. Knead the dough ball for a few minutes and roll out on a floured surface to for a pizza shape.
3. Allow the bolognese mix to cool a little then spread it eveny over the pizza base and top if off with the grated mozarella.
4. Bake in the oven at gas mark 7 or 220 degrees for around 10-12mins or until done.
